The Romesco sauce is store bought, making this an easy & delicious shortcut! Made from sweet Piquillo peppers, almonds & Calabrian chilies. And it’s #dairyfree !

- 1/2 Avocado
- Arugula
- Red Pepper Romesco @havenskitchen
- Hempseed topping
- Flaky Kosher Salt
